Hello, I’m Charlotte 👋
I’m a creative, writer, speaker and mentor, with 13+ years experience in the creative industry. Throughout my career, I have worked on everything from always on social content to global brand campaigns.
I believe there is opportunity in every brief that lands in my inbox, regardless of media. I love big ideas that can infiltrate culture and ultimately end up on my #FYP.
I’m currently working at Sainsbury’s Zest with Art Director, Danny Pallett, across Sainsbury’s, Habitat, Tu, Argos & Nectar. You can find our team website here
My first role was at iris worldwide, where I created brand campaigns for Nectar and Barclaycard. I then spent two years at Digitas as lead creative on Kellogg’s & American Express. As well as working with partner agency Saatchi & Saatchi on digital & social campaigns for GSK. From there, I followed my passion for sport and spent three years working for Dark Horses (Lucky Generals), where I lead campaigns for Nissan, TikTok & PUMA.
I’ve most recently spent 3 years at Anomaly London, leading projects for Diageo (Gordon’s & Johnnie Walker) and MINI.
I’m hugely passionate about nurturing young talent. I have managed multiple junior teams and set up placement schemes in every agency I’ve worked at.
In 2016 I co-founded badass.gal, an online platform which celebrates female creatives across our industry. The platform quickly became a recognised industry resource for hiring, we set up events in London and gained sponsorship from the likes of Twitter (now X), Nobody’s Child & Adobe.
I also spent many years as a member of the Young Creative Council, putting on events across the UK to help young talent.
I'm also a keen gardener and in 2022 my garden was featured on BBC Gardeners' World and introduced by Monty Don himself. I have spent the last few years documenting my gardening journey on Instagram (new.house.home) and am currently in the process of writing a book.
